i) General
We nurture cordial relationship between the students and the teachers which makes a conducive and encouraging environment for learning. Attention is focused on individualized education – we try to reach out to each and every child as far as practicable. The progress of a child is monitored regularly through Class Tests. Any regression regarding his/her performance is duly reported to the respective guardians. The regularity of each child in attendance is also monitored and long uninformed absence or sporadic attendances are reported to the parents. No corporal punishment is given, but misconduct and delinquency are firmly dealt with. The parents are informed in deserving cases.

ii) Examinations (Apart from Class Tests)
For Pre-Primary Section there are continuous evaluations. For all other classes a number of examinations are held throughout the year as notified in the beginning of the Session.
Promotion is dependent on the cumulative result of such evaluations/examinations.

iii) Answer script inspection
Answer scripts of all examinations (excepting the Annual/Rehearsal Test) are given to the guardians for a few days for inspection. The performances of their wards are explained to the guardians in a meeting held after each examination.

iv) Meeting the Rector and Headmistress
The Rector/Secretary and the Headmistress are normally available from 11.00 am to 1.00 pm for meeting the guardians and others.
They meet the guardians even outside the scheduled hours in deserving cases.

v) Regular Teacher – Guardian meeting
Every teacher for each class is available for one period per week to meet the guardians. The schedule of availabilities of the teachers of each class is given to the guardians at the beginning of the Session.
